Hi Luna-
I find it easiest to line the eyes with a dark eye shadow like Charcoal and a dampened Eye Liner Brush. This method will give you more control in your application than an eye pencil, and you'll get a softer, more natural line.
Hi Bobbi,
what technique would you recommend for lining the eyes, especially the lower lid?
Do you prefer using a pencil oder do you use shadow as liner? Do you wet the shadows?
Is it better to use the same color for lining the lower and the upper lid or should I use different colors?
TIA

I'm just learning the "using shadow as liner"-method. In the past I've only used pencils, but now I've finally (!!) discovered that shadows give a softer, more natural look.
I'll keep practicing.
