Nein, ich auch nicht. Die Österreichische Küche ist quasi böhmisch, aber die Schweizer nicht. Dafür waren die Schweizer auch zu protestantisch oder zu arm oder beides.
Mein Post war als Antwort auf Dornröschens Frage gedacht, ob es überhaupt Schweizer Restaurants ausserhalb der Schweiz gibt.

so ziemlich alles. Was ist für dich denn bitte NICHT schweizerisch? Fondue essen wir übrigens relativ selten.

Ja, da hast schon recht. Lamm und Spargel gibt es ziemlich überall in der Region (gross gefasst)
Schade dass sie zB keine Bündner Gerichte wie Capuns, Pizokel und so was dabei haben. Es wird die saisonale Karte für den Frühling sein. Aber da könnten sie sich auch etwas mehr anstrengenUnd nicht unbedingt Dinge kochen die man sonst auch bekommt.
