Syrisch / Libanesisch oder Türkisch. Afghanisch. Oder zentralasiatisch Usbekisch / Turkmenisch aber das gibt es sehr selten.
Aber wichtiger als die "Länderküche" ist mir insgesamt die Qualität des Restaurants. Am liebsten esse ich zu Hause ;D
Afrikanisch? Da gibt es aber erhebliche Unterschiede. Aus welcher Region war der? Die Ostafrikanische Suhaeli-Küche ist klasse, viel Fisch, Meeresfrüchte, ein Mix aus arabischen und indischen Einflüssen. Sudan/Äthiopien muss ich nicht unbedingt haben, ziemlich scharf und ich bin auch kein Fan von diesen Sauerteigfladen. Und bei Südafrika denke ich immer an Millipap Brei.
