Ich finde Skyr ziemlich pelzig, eher so wie Magerquark. Für Kuchen kann ich mir das ganz gut vorstellen. Falls es cremiger sein soll, kann man den Skyr bestimmt mit Sahne pimpen. Oder gibt es die in USA auch nicht?
