Für eine Hühnersuppe mag ich auch frisches Suppengrün lieber (da schneide ich es auch viel gröber; zum einfrieren reden wir von wirklich kleinen Würfeln), aber für einen Linseneintopf, der aufgewärmt und gut durchgekocht mir am besten schmeckt, geht der leicht matschige Knollensellerie in Ordnung.
Ich kaufe solche Salate bei meinem Marktstand, ich hoffe nächste Woche Freitag, wenn das Bett ganz früh kommt oder dann halt die Woche drauf.
Die Rote Bete ist sehr fein gehobelt, die Karotten und auch eine Sellerie-Karotten-Lauch-Mischung sehr frisch und auch der Eiersalat ist sehr fein.
