    Hallo Via,

    den Duft kann ich dir nur wärmstens empfehlen!

    Es gibt ihn im "Quartier", da hab´ ich ihn mir bestellt. Die liefern sogar nach Bayern...!!! (Bei Slips & Wear in Müchen war er leider gerade ausverkauft, 3 Wochen Lieferzeit. Man kann sich den Duft aber schicken lassen).

    Hi Elke,

    ich habe erst vorgestern beim Quartier angerufen. Die kennen den Sugar Blossom selbst noch nicht!

    Wahrscheinlich meinst du den "normalen" Sugar von Fresh

    Den habe ich auch und finde ihn sehr, sehr lecker!

    Beauty Beat: Fresh Launches Sugar Blossom ...

    NEW YORK — Fresh is getting ready to pour some more sweet stuff on consumers with the launch of its latest creation, the Sugar Blossom collection, due out in May.

    The 13-year-old Boston-based beauty company — part of the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton group — launched its first confectionary products, inspired by the application of sugar in remedies to speed the healing process, in 1997.

    “[Sugar] has been a very successful line for us ever since we introduced it,” noted Lev Glazman, chief executive officer of Fresh. “Obviously, there are a lot of companies that made the concept their own, and that’s why it’s important for us to continue to innovate — we will continue putting products in the sugar line that are innovative and more difficult to copy.”

    Glazman said the Sugar Blossom collection was “a very complex project” that took three years to develop. He also said the new [foaming] texture in the Sugar Blossom Body Treatment is very different from the original Sugar Body Polish, and the products in the line, which contain floral acids, are “very active.”

    The Sugar Blossom Eau de Parfum, which retails for $75 for a 3.4-oz. bottle, contains top notes of bergamot, Italian lemon, litsea and basil; middle notes of masdevallia nectar, sheer magnolia, sugared passion fruit, transparent jasmine and lily of the valley, and bottom notes of caramel, vanilla, marjoram and creamy amber. Sugar Blossom Body Treatment, positioned as a restorative polishing balm, contains brown sugar and floral acids for a foaming, exfoliating formula. It retails for $62 for a 8.8-oz. jar. Sugar Blossom Hand Treatment, $36 for a 3.4-oz. tube, contains hibiscus flower acids said to advance the cell renewal process and soften skin as well as alpha hydroxy acids, sugar and hydrating oils such as apricot kernel and camellia seed.

    Industry sources estimate that the Sugar Blossom collection could do as much as $5 million in its first year at retail.

    The brand is also set to launch its first sun care products at the end of April. Sunshield Face and Body SPF 30, $48 for 5.1 oz., a lightweight formulation that boasts a sheer citrus scent, is formulated with Thermus Thermophillus ferment, a deep-sea algae — with properties that intensify as temperatures rise and UV rays become stronger — and contains powerful enzymes that are activated by the sun and stop free radicals from breaking down collagen and harming healthy skin cells. Top Protection Layer SPF 20, $48 for 1 oz., is suitable for all skin types and contains a soy protein complex to increase cell respiration and stimulate collagen synthesis. It also features Fresh Advanced Vitamin Release Complex, which is said to repair previous UV damage.

    “In both formulas, we added a new dimension of treatment utilizing signature ingredients, like soy and algae, that promote immediate recovery from UV exposure and stimulate long-term repair of past damage to give you everything you need and going one step further,” said Glazman.

    Sources estimate the sun products could garner retail sales of as much as $1.5 million in the first year on counter.

    The Sugar Blossom collection and sun products will be available in Neiman Marcus, Sephora, Barneys New York, Bergdorf Goodman and Fresh stores. The Fresh brand is currently sold in 320 doors and will be entering 14 Saks Fifth Avenue doors in May.
