Ich finde das insgesamt nicht so optimal Medikamente "zweckzuentfremden" und das noch öffentlich zu empfehlen. Auch wenn ein Medikament nicht rezeptpflichtig ist, heisst das nicht dass es harmlos ist. Schlafstörungen können so viele Ursachen haben und meistens ist es besser sich damit abzufinden mal ein paar Nächte nicht oder schlecht zu schlafen, danach holt sich der Körper was er braucht. Pillen, die pharmazeutisch gegen Schlafstörungen wirken, egal welche sind eher kontrakproduktiv.
