Mit dem Teebaumöl wäre ich vorsichtig, das ist eher medizinisch einzusetzen. Es wirkt wohl antibakteriell und auch antiviral und für Katzen ist es giftig. Ich glaube nicht, dass das für die tägliche Pflege geeignet ist. Die ätherischen Öle von Lavendel und Geranie würde ich auch rauslassen, die können Allergien begünstigen. Für ab und zu ist das O.k. aber eben nicht als Allroundpflege.
Hyaluron, Retinol und Vitamin C sind keine Öle. Vitamin C ist für die Gesichtspflege gut geeignet, zerfällt aber ziemlich schnell, wenn man es nicht in einer stabilisierten Form verwendet. Retinol wirst Du nicht bekommen, das ist verschreibungspflichtig. Oder liege ich da falsch? Hyaluron ist ein Feuchtespeicher, allerdings recht teuer als Zutat, das würde ich nur für Gesichtspflege verwenden.
