According to the FedCon Website, James is to appear at FEDERATION CON XI, held on May 2nd - May 04, 2003 at the Maritim Hotel in Bonn, Germany.
Apparently Federation Con is a large Star Trek / SciFi Convention - their website says "Europe's Greatest Star Trek and SciFi Convention" - and they're likely to offer the usual con schedule such as talks, autograph sessions and all sorts of presentations. On the down side, it seems to be pretty huge as far as the number of attendees is concerned, there's talk of approximately 3000.

Full weekend tickets are € 110.- if you register before September 1st, 2002, and € 120.- from September 1st. One-day tickets will be available closer to the date of the con if there are any left.
