Hi Beauties,

ich habe heute den Newsletter erhalten, ein und Pick gibt es für die Daywear:

DayWear Plus Multi Protection Anti-Oxidant Lotion SPF 15 ($37.50 for 1.7 ounces) is a new, improved version of Lauder's original (and very popular) DayWear Protective Antioxidant Creme SPF 15, which launched in the mid-1990s (a lotion version followed a few years later). Much has been learned in the intervening years about active sunscreen ingredients and the role antioxidants play in tandem with sunscreens to offer increased UV protection. One particular change that has been slowly taking place in the industry is increasing use of avobenzone for UVA protection. Estee Lauder, Lancome, and Elizabeth Arden have been swiftly updating their sunscreens with this UVA-protecting active ingredient. Such is the case with this DayWear reformulation. The previous DayWear products have been replaced by three formulations for different skin types. Gone is the in-part titanium dioxide sunscreen (which was just fine as is, but I'm not going to complain about the switch to avobenzone), though Lauder has added a much greater variety of antioxidants than the previous formulas had. These antioxidants are not present in large amounts, but most of them do have impressive research on their free radical-scavenging abilities, and antioxidants in small amounts are always better than none at all.

DayWear Plus Lotion is marketed for those with oily skin and it does have a fluid, nongreasy texture and a lightweight feel on the skin. This is not a matte-finish sunscreen, and there's no way to guarantee it won't cause breakouts (this is true of all sunscreens), but it is worth auditioning if you have oily skin and have not been able to find a foundation with sunscreen that works for you. Lauder's pump bottle and opaque packaging will definitely keep the antioxidants stable much longer than their jar-packaged DayWear Creams. This does contain fragrance.
